When you click on the above file name, you will be asked to save the executable file 'Setup.exe' to a directory of your choice, on your computer [your desktop is a good idea.] The file is safe.
When the file has finished downloading onto your computer, execute it.
The executable file will self-extract and install trial versions of the Anti-Collision Regulations, Canadian Buoyage System and Signal Lights programs plus a README text file. View the 'README' text file for information on each of the programs and full-version upgrade details.
